Abigail R. Scanga Blackburn is an associate attorney at Stiles Ewing Powers PC.  She handles all types of family law related matters throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Abigail earned her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law with a concentration in Family Law.  During law school, she interned for the Chesterfield County Circuit Court and Chesterfield Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, as well as for Stiles Ewing Powers PC handling family law matters.  She also interned for the Department of Justice’s Human Trafficking Prosecution Unit.

After law school, Abigail served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable John A. Gibney, Jr. at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, where she also served as a judicial intern while in law school.
