Natalie T. McClearn is an associate attorney at Stiles Ewing Powers. She practices family law with a focus on Collaborative Law and alternative dispute resolution. She is skilled at helping clients navigate the complexities of the legal system and counseling them through the struggles they experience along the way. Natalie became trained in mediation and Collaboration during law school, and early in her career, she began incorporating those skills into her trial practice as well as her Collaborative practice. Her philosophy is that generally a family’s best chance of success following the trauma of a separation will involve effective, respectful communication between the parties through the guidance of their attorneys.

Natalie lives in Richmond with her husband and son. She enjoys camping, swimming, waterskiing, and soaking up RVA river culture.
