Clayton A. Worthington’s practice focuses on family law and associated legal matters. He regularly litigates issues of divorce, complex distribution of property and debt, custody, visitation, child support and spousal support, in addition to prosecution and defense of enforcement actions and criminal defense. Mr. Worthington is a Virginia native, growing up in Richmond, and is a member of the American, Virginia and Richmond Area Bar Associations, as well as the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He spent six years as an associate attorney at Rinehart, Butler, Hodge, Moss & Bryant in the Fredericksburg area and, most recently, was associated with Coates & Davenport in Richmond, Virginia.
